If an item needs to be removed from the inventory data going to Kroger, follow these steps:
- Update the quantity of the item to zero. Make sure that whatever method you are using (FTP, EDI, or manual entry), you ensure the item isn't going to be added back later.
- WAIT: Stop and don't move to the next step until at least 3 hours have gone by.
- Go to Inventory Search, search for the item, and delete: https://portal.logicbroker.com/advanced-product-management/search
- Contact your Kroger merchandising team so the item can be discontinued and removed from the Kroger website permanently.
